1980s white taffeta gown by Victor Costa. Pleated cap sleeve with back caplet. Full ballgown skirt with pleated hem. Satin ribbon belt with rosettes. Fully lined. Center back zipper closure. Very good vintage condition. Ribbon fraying slightly.
