Antique Victorian/Edwardian cotton petticoat skirt. A-line yoke with full gathered hem. Rows of pleats at about knee length. Ticking stripe cotton fabric in pink, white, & black. Hook & eye closure at center back.

Good vintage condition. Light staining throughout. Several pleats at the hem have been undone.
