1. About Our Products
Toots Vintage sells vintage and secondhand clothing and accessories. Every item is one-of-a-kind and previously owned. Because of this:

Items may show minor signs of wear consistent with their age. Noticeable flaws are photographed and noted in each listing's condition report — please read it carefully before purchasing.
Measurements are provided for each listing. Please compare them to your own measurements rather than relying on the stated size label, as vintage sizing often runs differently than modern sizing.
Color may appear slightly different depending on your screen or monitor.
Once an item sells, it's gone — we do not restock vintage pieces.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if an item turns out to be unavailable — in which case we'll notify you and issue a refund for that order.
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and its payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

3. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Toots Vintage does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued for fit, size, or color variation — please review the listed measurements and condition report carefully before purchasing. If there's a genuine issue with your order (e.g., wrong item shipped or item significantly not as described), email us at info@tootsvintage.com and we'll do our best to help. This section works alongside our separate Return Policy page, which controls in case of any conflict.

4. Shipping
We ship via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier — if a package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll do our best to help you file a claim, but please reach out and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

5. Site Content & Intellectual Property
All text, photos, graphics, and branding on the Site belong to Toots Vintage unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping or copying content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
